Founded in 1918, by Charles B. Hembling, the company’s focus was quality residential construction. High quality residential structures continue today, as a vital component of C. B. Hembling & Son Construction projects. The company has increased its depth of capabilities over the decades, since its founding.

In 1946
In 1980, Charles' grandson, Guy, took the helm, further expanding the company’s repertoire into commercial high tech projects, church building, historical renovations and a specialization in high technology healthcare facilities, including Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
